Role Overview
We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Car Detailer / Valeter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and has a keen eye for perfection. You’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards across a range of services, from regular maintenance washes to preparing vehicles for advanced treatments like PPF and ceramic coatings.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out maintenance wash plans to a consistently high standard
- Prepare vehicles for Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation
- Perform decontamination washes for detailing services
- Complete machine polishing safely and effectively
- Apply ceramic coatings and other paint protection products
- Ensure all vehicles meet company quality standards before handover
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace
- Handle vehicles with care and professionalism at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in car detailing or valeting (preferred but not essential for the right candidate)
- Knowledge of detailing processes and products
- Experience with machine polishing (or willingness to learn)
- Strong attention to detail (borderline obsessive is a bonus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence preferred
