Premium Ceramic Coating is a semi-permanent coating that protects and enhances your vehicles paintwork, bringing colours back to life with a high gloss finish.
It’s almost-instant drying time, allows drivers to get back on the road within an hour of application. Unlike many leading ceramic coatings which take between 12 and 24 hours to dry, this super-fast drying time also enables Detailers to complete Ceramic Coating applications faster, creating more time and freedom.

Application
Apply Premium Ceramic Coating by hand in 15-20 minutes (once your vehicle is prepared), with a microfibre applicator pad.
- Before application wash and dry surfaces
- Before application ensure the paintwork is fully decontaminated and if paint correction is required, complete this prior to application
- Before application prepare the surface by wiping over with IPA or Panel Wipe to ensure best adhesion
- Apply Ceramic Coating by hand using a microfibre applicator pad, panel by panel, following a cross-hatch pattern. Wait 30-90 seconds for the coating to flash and the oil slick pattern to stop moving then buff off with a microfibre cloth. Once all residue is removed wipe the surface again with the second microfibre cloth.
That’s it! Application is complete.
What you’ll need:
- 1 x Microfibre applicator pad (included free with every purchase)
- 1 x pair of nitrile gloves
- 2 x microfibre cloths
Suggested quantities:
Premium Ceramic Coating covers approx. 115 sq feet per 50ml. Our suggested quantities based on vehicle size are as follows:
Small car – upto 2 layers
Medium car – 1 and a half layers
Large car – 1 layer
Motorcycle – 1-2 layers
Premium Ceramic Coating can also be applied to motorhomes, trucks, trailers, fire engines and other large vehicles. Please contact us to calculate how much product you need, and bulk quantities.
We do not recommend or advise that you stretch coverage or try to get more layers or vehicles than advised above (per 50ml of Premium Ceramic Coating).
Drying and Cure time
With an almost-instant drying time, you (or your customer) can be back on the road within an hour of the coating being applied.
20-30 minutes to dry –the coating will be dry to touch within 20-30 minutes, at this point you are safe to drive the vehicle.
We advise that you avoid getting the vehicle wet or washing the vehicle for 4 hours. We also advise you do not expose the vehicle to chemicals or apply further waxes or sealants for a minimum of 3 days.
4 hours initial cure time – after just 4 hours it is safe to get the vehicle wet.

3 days to fully cure – It takes just 3 days for the coating to fully harden and reach 9h hardness but once complete your car or vehicle’s surfaces will be protected for 2 years.
How does Ceramic Coating work?
Premium Ceramic Coating is a semi-permanent shield which bonds on a molecular level with your vehicles paint surface, introducing a crystal-clear barrier between your paintwork and nature. The Coating fills in microscopic gaps and crevices in paintwork, forming a surface more effective than traditional wax and sealant based products. This is made possible by harnessing nanotech surface protection technology.
The crystal-clear surface offers an unbelievably long-term protection when compared to waxes and sealants as well as greatly adding to your car’s visual appeal.

What can I apply Ceramic Coating to?
One of the most versatile Ceramic Coatings available today, Premium Ceramic Coating can be applied to just about any exterior surface including:
Paint, metal, stainless steel, chrome, gel coatings, plastic, exhausts and wheels.
You can apply Premium Ceramic Coating to all Carbon Fibre parts, panels and shields.
It can be applied to chrome pipes, and mufflers as it can withstand temperature over 1000 degrees.
In addition it is safe to apply over the top of factory decals, to add a high gloss finish to your emblems.
What can and can’t Ceramic Coating protect against?
There are common misconception about what exactly ceramic coating can and cannot protect your vehicle against. Lets start off with some common misconceptions:
- Ceramic Coating will not make your car bullet proof – if this is something you require we recommend contacting Q Branch
- It will not protect your vehicle against scratches and dents caused by collisions
- Rock chips are unfortunately inevitable and there isn’t a ceramic coating available that will protect your paintwork, when it happens
However once fully cured Ceramic Coating will protect against:
- Light scratches and swirl marks
- Sunlight and UV rays
- Ice and snow
- Acid rain
- Bird lime
- Solvents
Premium Ceramic Coating is not a replacement for proper maintenance and a good washing routine, but it’s self-cleaning properties will help to keep your car cleaner for longer, and make washing easier.
Can I apply a wax or sealant on top of the ceramic coating?
It is safe to apply wax and sealant on top of Premium Ceramic Coating. This will not affect your coating’s hardness, or reduce it’s protection duration as long as you wait for a minimum of 3 days before you apply the wax or sealant.

Previous user of Premium Ceramic, but with limited inside space / mobile detailer, we tried the new UBV New Era coating…..simply excellent, applied on clients Porsche Carrera (Gentian Blue), which has just come back in, for its maintenance ceramic wash, so a good opportunity to assess.
Beading, hydrophobic is excellent, UBV produces a deep shine gloss too, so superb if you’re looking for that mirror gloss look! Easy to apply, although ensure you have a safe canopy / gala tent in case of rain. Carisma J Detailing without doubt, highly recommended this product, plus the staff at Pyramid car care, for their service, advice, professionalism…..great company, great products!

I suggested this to a friend who had bought a Honda Jazz. I suggested the need for extra protection after seeing older Jazz’s in solid red fade to pink and show laquer peel. Although an ameteur I am a keen detailer and applied this for them.
It’s brought out a richness in the red and went on very easily with the applicator and needed minimal cloth work to remove lines after. A considerable saving to the customer in not taking their non ceramic paint protection package, and in holding back the laquer peel and fading.
Unsure how much was left in the bottle after the application though.

Premium Ceramic Coating is an excellent product. I applied this to freshly decontaminated & polished paint. All panels were wiped down with panel wipe. I was working outside. Conditions were reasonably mild but damp and overcast.
Applied using a microfiber applicator. The product is very easy to spread – less is more. I quickly found that it seemed to melt in to the black and white paint on our Mini Cooper. Note that it didn’t suddenly flash off leaving the user is a potentially tricky situation. Initially I checked application using a colour match inspection light but found that this was completely unnecessary. The residual coating was then gently buffed off using a short pile microfiber towel. On occasions there was a slight grabbiness but otherwise so easy. The coating has imparted a rich deep shine with crisp, clear reflections. Key advantages: great value for money; ease of application – settings,method,removal; results. I have used many coatings in the past but the pipettes and foam blocks are now consigned to the past. Premium Ceramic Coating is transformational!

With the reduced light we have in winter and the increased dew falling early evenings I needed a 2 year ceramic for a client and it had to have a fast cure time. I came across the Premium Ceramic after some research and decided to try this out due to the positive feedback given by others.
Simply put the product is superb. Really easy application, buffs off very nice, cure times are perfect for studio based Detailers or mobile valeters who have a gazebo/awning for cover and the home enthusiast who has a garage. I say garage mainly because (in my opinion) it’s better to apply with less chance of particles, debris falling on the vehicle but possible to do outside but conditions need to be perfect.
Finally the gloss levels are simply stunning.
I would whole heartedly recommend this ceramic to anyone who’s thinking of coating there vehicle. Just make sure the prep work is done and you’ll be amazed with the results.

I’m a DIY enthusiast who has taken to detailing. Recommendation came from Jim at White Details from his YouTube videos on the look and ease of application and also the length of time which the protection gives. I have already written a review but thought it would be useful to give an update. A customer of mine had this applied over a year ago. It recently went for a service and I have seen the same dealer using a brush for washing. Dealer was asked not to wash the car, but did. Customer was paranoid about the state of the car. After a wash, and under the lights, even after a year the coating has stood up to the dealership wash. With minimal and I mean very minimal marring, to the point that without direct lighting it wouldn’t be noticeable. I advise the customer for me not to polish as to polish and re-apply would be almost pointless. A great product guys.

The car sadly needed a two stage machine polish but once corrected the Ceramic went on easily and definitely enhanced the gloss. 1 bottles did the whole car and wheels with a little left. I had this coating applied by M&E Detailing (Wakefield) after a 2 stage correction on my golf gtd in tornado red.
I saw the car after correction, prior to application of the ceramic coating and it looked amazing (or so I thought!)
When I collected my car the day after application the difference was remarkable. I was skeptical thinking that you wouldn’t tell the difference but It really does add depth and gloss to the paintwork.
It was the first time my detailer had used this product. He commented on how easy it was to apply and remove. And was thoroughly impressed with the drying time. So much so that this is now his go to ceramic coating, replacing a well known (and expensive) brand.
I’m not really one for writing reviews but I’m genuinely impressed, mainly the price as I wanted a ceramic coating on my car but I didn’t want to pay the (in my opinion) excessive price other coatings cost.

I put the PCC ceramic coating on my car on Saturday and let it cure in the garage overnight. It was super easy to apply and buff off. I was very impressed with the gloss and smooth finish it has left on the paintwork and the alloys! I tested out its hydrophobic properties simply pouring some water over it and it just sheeted straight off. Will be interesting to see how it holds up with the grim winter constantly being attacked by salt but so far I am very pleased with the results.

I have the Pyramid Ceramic Coating on my Morgan Aero GTN. I was a bit apprehensive at first as only 11 of these cars exist and trying to balance keeping the car nice and driving the hell out of it too! Wasn’t sure how good it would be. I needn’t have worried. Plus I have paint protection film already installed in key areas of the car. However, this stuff can go on over the areas with the film as well which adds to the overall protection.
The results are pretty impressive especially on a 14 year old car. Now I just need to get all the others done! Great products and great prices too.
