We recently had Swisstrax UK Garage Tiles installed in our new second unit at Pyramid Car Care. Every detail was taken care of by Elite Modular Flooring – they designed, supplied and installed the Swisstrax Garage Floor Tiles.

We wanted our second unit to be in keeping with the original Pyramid Car Care studio. EMF’s sales manager Charlotte quickly designed a tile pattern to fit the shape and dimensions of our new detailing unit and a date was arranged for installation.
Fast forward to installation day, EMF’s Operations Director Brett arrived early doors, in a stunning Ford Transit Custom with Elite Modular Flooring and Swisstrax branding. The van was loaded with Swisstrax Garage Tiles, samples and tools for the job.
All-in-all the installation was completed within 1 day – which meant minimal disruption to our diary and bookings.
500+ genuine Swisstrax tiles were fitted to our 900sq ft unit. We chose Ribtrax Smooth Pro for the versatility to swap our individual tiles or whole sections of tiles, to make way for new patterns or designs in the future. The tiles are chemical and UV resistant, they have a wide temperature tolerance between -30°C to 120°C, and are compression strength tested upto 3,120 psi – making them perfect for variety of vehicles we have in the studio at Pyramid Car Care.
We already had a relationship with Elite Modular Flooring – they supplied us with Swisstrax Garage Tiles for our first unit back in 2020. Those tiles still look as good as new, despite us opting for a DIY install back then.
With the experience of DIY and professional installation by Brett at Elite Modular Flooring, we wouldn’t Do-It-Ourselves again. The difference was striking, our cuts back in 2020 gave us rugged edges that were far-from-straight, Brett was able to achieve perfectly straight cut edges and the tiles fit into the edges and corners with millimetre accuracy. Position tiles around pillars, cupboards, electrics and plumbing is also completely seamless.
We were all really impressed with the speed of installation, excellent customer service and professionalism of the team.
